Want to put together a crew to sail the globe raising funds in awareness for abused children.need help with that part

I’m looking for an experience crew it is willing to teach a very green sailor so I’m looking for an experience skipper and crew to take us safely from La Paz Mexico into the Caribbean crew must cover their own costs. Would like to video and post online adventure so looking for likeminded people. Not sure how to pick up corporate sponsors etc. so i need a logistics team and a sailing team

Leavng la paz mexico end of november or very early december through panama canal the carribean and onward. Any sponsorship or donations going towards the travel of al coda are greatly appreciated
