As a brand new member here it would be clever to explain a bit more about what you are asking for.

Is this a crew position or is this for an individual to sail your boat from A to B without you?
What's your time frame?
What expenses are covered?
What about canal fees and crew?
Maybe a few more details about yourself?

We require a crew member to assist us with sailing from Grenada to the Pacific side of Panama and beyond if they are suitable to New Zealand. We cover all expenses for the trip to Panama except travel expenses. Trim has 3 double cabins so a partner could come. The crew member must have proven blue water or coastal sailing experience. We are a couple following our dream of cruising. Having just crossed the Atlantic we are ready to continue our journey. We wish to depart Grenada late March and complete the Panama crossing by early April.
