Experience never delivered anything other than my own boat or a post card.
All licenses, certificates, ect expired. except PCOC.
All voyages completed mostly successful. (so Far)
No green card.
Really really cheep.

Available for interesting deliveries of vessels over 10 hp.

Special friends and family fair weather discount.
Rates go up if it rains. or might rain or if might get a bit windy.
