Looking for one additional experienced crew member for delivery of year old 49' sloop from Charleston SC to Annapolis MD, departing on or about 4/14, weather permitting. We will take outside route round Cape Hatteras, then up the Chesapeake into Annapolis. Well equipped, very safely sailed offshore boat just back from Bahamas. I am available to assist you as Experienced Crew for your voyage. I am an experienced and mature and knowledgeable sailor, with many years of sailing on a wide variety of boats and 3,000+ blue water passage miles under my keel. I am geared to be available on short notice (as little as 24 hours) when needed. My seabags are packed and ready. I have my own safety gear.

My focus for ALL of 2017 is to assist as Experienced Crew on voyages for owners and professional yacht deliveries too. I am available for Atlantic, Caribbean, ICW, Mediterranean, Pacific, PNW or elsewhere. I fly very inexpensively, and can be in 60 global ports in 24 - 48 hours. Some simple and fair conditions apply.

Weather permitting, we will sail straight through. This trip is a little over 500 miles. I'd expect we'll be into Annapolis before the following weekend.

If you are still looking for crew for your passage from Charleston to Annapolis in April, I am available. I am a Navy grad ('97), was offshore racing team member, and regularly crew / skipper racing boats around Baltimore. Have done Annapolis to Bermuda and can handle both offshore and watch-standing.

I live near Baltimore (on Middle River) and wouldn't need assistance getting to or from the boat. Would spend some time in Charleston with my wife before departure and she can pick me up in Annapolis.
