Engineer (Experienced)

48ft Hatteras departing for Central America end of January. Need experienced engineering crew-member for help with learning curve and watch standing. Captain is 100 Ton Master and mate is wife. Must like mutts who are also crew members. Non paying position.

Where are you leaving from? I would like to make the long leg with you. By engineer, what do you mean? I can do it all.

I think you'll ultimately be glad if you climb most of that learning curve while you're still at home, and have the boat pre-engineered to make the trip, and beyond, with the least probability of a significant equipment related failure.
