Yes. Well, clearly, any extra over and above $2,000 is to be shared equally amongst the crew.

This could well be the most expensive 'paid' delivery anybody's done.

The O/P is a pirate - He is looking for slave labor 24 hour/day helming. No safety gear, no AIS.no autopilot. For a minimum of 12 weeks at $1/day. Wow, just my ticket.

Ahh Matey, You don't get it. You are being offered the adventure of a lifetime and you don't have to pay (much) for it.

Sorry, but the best thing you can do , if in fact this is actually a real offer, is to SELL THAT PIECE OF CRAP PLASTIC BOAT IN SPAIN and wash your hands of this insane offer to real professional sailors, you're embarrassing yourself!

Unrealistic proposition by a member with no details on profile, no location, nothing. Hmm something is fishy methinks. As an Australian, it's not easy to get into Australia and it's certainly not cheap to do the Quarantine process. No information regarding WHO would be dealing with Border Security to ensure that the arrival is smooth and official. No information regarding the guarantee of boat seaworthiness... This has all the makings of a nightmare trip (if it were indeed true).

One of the most effective trolls in recent history. Nearly a hundred passionate responses and no return by the OP.

So congratulations BriannaH, you are nominated to the troller's hall of fame. If you become inducted you will receive all the benefits and privileges due you.

I don't think I would have returned after the bashing that wasn't long in coming...

Increase the money and pay up front and I'd be up for it....but don't expect to see me or your boat back in oz for a few years.....

Well Ping, while you are entertaining the fairy tales (more money, up front) might as well change the boat to something nicer, too!

Well the Bruce Roberts 54 I took to Oz was a much nicer boat than a Bavaria but.. after 7mths which included an engine room fire, hanging around in St Martin and Panama waiting for bits and to get through the canal, needing to replace all the batteries because they were gassing and singing, leaking fuel tanks, blocked generator fuel tank that involved rigging up an emergency tank which needed topping up with siphoned fuel every day along with a hydraulics leak in the steerage I was glad when it ended.. but even then the problems continued.

Jim, all I have at the moment are dreams..... I think a Bavaria would be quite a nice boat to hangout on the Algarve in for a few years.... just send an email every few months... 'stranded in Panama... send money for engine parts....'
