long sailing

I have the sailing plan with my Jeanneau 50DS(2009) next year in September2022 in two steps:
First step :
Marmaris/Turkey to Canary Islands
Second step:
Canary Island-Cape Verde to Carribean Islands.

I am looking for the sailors who is able to take responsibility of shifts . Toatally we will be 6 people .
Cost will be shared equally.
Transport to boat and from the boat will be on your account.
