Crew Wanted: looking for help on a Grampian 26 (Ottawa to 'south')

Hello,
I am looking for someone to come help me aboard a 26 foot Grampian sailboat as soon as possible.

Itinerary - Ottawa, Montreal, south through Lake Champlain and the ICW.

I'm currently on the Rideau and should reach Ottawa in a few days or week (having outboard issues at a lock station, but will have that sorted out soon).

I'd like to stay in the Ottawa area for a month or so -- trying to find space somewhere, or could move back and forth between places like lock stations, etc. That would actually be better in some ways, as I need the practice.

I'm an environmental and human rights activist on a pension, living on my sailboat while beginning a journey to raise awareness and help create community and possibilities (will send links in a message if you’d like to know more).

Therefore, I can't pay but I'll share my boat and whatever I can, and it'll be an interesting trip!

Please ask anything else you need to know, and please let me know if you have or know of anything helpful.

Sorry to take so long answering... Had password trouble

Not much power... Small solar setup for cabin lights and running lights... Can charge a phone too, but laptop or large powerpack drains it... Been charging powerpacks at lock stations, and from a small portable solar charger

Data on my phone; using it as a hotspot

Destination city... I'm gypsying... First Ottawa, imminently -- hoping Thursday... Trying to find somewhere(s) to dock/moor so I can stay a month

Then the Ottawa river to Montreal, down the Richelieu, lake Champlain, Hudson River, ICW

I'll go south for three months, turn around and come back, revisit Ottawa for a few weeks maybe, then the St Lawrence, and out to the coast, and keep going south... I'd like to keep going as far as Uruguay, then back to the Panama canal, south to Peru, stay with friends a while, and eventually north up the west coast to BC... After that I'll have to find a Cape Dory 25 or 27 to keep going
