Multihull experience is a must, transat experience a plus. Must be US Citizen with valid Passport, and within the US. Licensing, STCW are a plus. Must be able to commit to the full passage, 5 to 7 weeks. No smoking or drinking underway. Boat is NEW and being commissioned right now. Due to accommodations she'll run with a crew of 3: Captain, you, and Owner (who has some offshore passage experience). Daily rate offered, based on experience. Flight & travel to boat paid. Re: Mate / Crew for transatlantic trip 47' Neel

We know someone who is very qualified but are curious about your day rate. For 100 ton Mariners, the current oil field rate is about $ 500 USD per day and most of those captains lack a sail endorsement which is in itself an added value.
So what kind of day rate are you offering.
Curious manatee crew.
