Your post is confusing. The title says "paid crew position"--is it?. The text says "sailing experience is a plus"--well okay. . How do you estimate a 3 week trip? From where in Florida to where in Puerto Rico? Which route? Finally you say "will provide return ticket". So which is it--paid or not? And if so--are you seeking a professional captain or just a highly experienced mate? And why would you be seeking paid crew and then specify "sailing experience is a plus?" One would assume it was an absolute necessity. And what kind of boat? Save yourself some time and trouble and please add details and specifics. thank you.
