Crew Wanted: passage Ct.east coast to florida

.....73 yr. old captain looking for crew to head south from mystic ct, to florida..... if things go good the bahamas and caribbean......boat is a catalina30...in clean condition....trip will be mostly icw.....some offshore... crew should know organization and how to keep things clean basic navigation, how to use a gps and monitor weather.. is a plus...boat expenses will be paid...cost of food shared...and crew must be able to pay own expenses...
