Hi

I would like to hear more about your trip.

I have some experience but not a lot. Still young enough to climb around a boat, and don't mind scraping stuff off hulls from the water ( I swim a lot) but not so young that I need to go to pubs at night and oh, I can cook.

I have time in April to go somewhere possibly mid month departure. No set schedule.

Basically they are unpaid positions but for experienced sailors it is negotiable.

Crew wanted for transatlantic voyage from St Maarten to Mallorca via Bermuda and the Azores in well-equipped Beneteau 51ft sloop, leaving in April.
I am a professional delivery skipper and have been asked by the owner to deliver the boat so I am looking for a crew. Sailing experience is desirable but not necessary (I will teach you the basics), this is a good opportunity for someone wanting to acquire sailing skills and experience, also a free passage to Mallorca and Europe at the start of the sailing season there.
Crew’s main duty will be to keep watch as lookout on a 4 hours on, 8 hours off rotation while at sea. Everybody will lend a hand for cooking, cleaning, sail handling, etc. In Bermuda and Horta(Azores) we will have a day off for exploration and R&R.
All your meals on board will be provided free. You will have to get to St Maartens around April 10th. We hope to arrive in Palma in early March. You will have to make your own way from there (we have good contacts in Palma to help you find another crew position if you want)

Morning, saw your post and was interested...just finished delivering Beneteau 38 from Ensenada to San Francisco and before that a Catamaran from Ensenada to Cabo.... I'm Canadian, fully vaccinated, RYA certication and have an open and flexible schedule. Let me know if you'd like further details.

Sorry I have been off line for a few days.
We are getting Zulu Warrior ready for the crossing and expect to depart from St Maarten for Bermuda in 10/15 days.
