It will be very beneficial to any potential crews to know a bit details of the boat and your sailing ability. You will get far more qualified candidates.

It will save time and speed up your crew selection process. It is a win/win for you and the sailing community.

I would like to know more about the boat too. Have you done a transatlantic before? How much sailing experience do you have. A 25' boat will get real small.
