USVI to Florida Keys and Northward

Not for the faint-of-heart....

I am a new user, recently registered on this forum.
But I am not new to boats and the water.
I was reading some threads regarding 'crew wanted' and many situations list all sorts of amenities and expectations. As a result I've been debating posting a 'crew wanted' ad, simply because I feel my situation is more 'motor sailing' and less 'sailing'; plus my maritime skills are not worthy of bravura, in addition the 'expectations and amenities' might not be up to snuff.
Probably my nautical skills are OK, but my situation might frighten the more conservative among us! A more appropriate title might be ...
'Not for the faint-of-heart.'

I own a 2-cabin 36 Mahe, and for the next 60 days I'll be deep into her repairs, hence the slower pace...(so maybe it would be wise for me to list a departure date of July 1).
My wife loves sun, sand & water, but not the deep-blue-water sailing so much...

I need to sail our Mahe back to New Orleans in July/August, and I will need help.
Possibly departing from Puerto Rico or Westward...details TBA.
There are many more details, but I thought I'd start with this general overview.
Also, if I had $15k to throw in the wind, I'd ship her, but that's not my reality!

The cat will be in Charlotte Amalie, Vieques, and/or San Juan in early July.
Clear US Customs on your own and meet me in one of these locations...

PM me if this piques your interest.

PS
Apologies in advance for my lack of decorum.

I'm considering purchase of a Mahe 36, and if your's is ship shape would consider, time and weather permitting.

How is she set up?
