1990 Kurt Reinke 46 hydra twin screw info and advise

LOL I am another person looking at this brand new boat and am wondering if there's anything in particular I need to know where watch out for. I believe there is a mistake in the book description as it says the whole inside of quarter inch thick plate and conductors 3/4 inch mild steel but if that was the case well obviously it wouldn't make sense because you're both would be about 5 tons heavier at least having the heavier weight above your Hull and keel who's likely to mess up the rating action of the sailboat unless we were talking 3 times the amount or weight in the keel but I am no expert on this that is why I am asking you guys.
