3 Cabin Designs under 41'

I'm looking to expand my search for The Boat. A third cabin aft for guests is high on my wish list. Hoping to fid my smaller boats with thus feature...

I know Cheoy lee Reliants and richard offshore 40s have a third cabin
Hans Christian 38 offers it
38' Vindo 65 and 35' Vindo 50 MS both have a third cabin aft

35' Chris Craft Caribben has a nice aft cabin.

What other models of 1970-80 era classic boats under 41' or so have a third cabin?

Re: 3 Cabin Designs under 41'

Max Sea,

This is Steve from stevenjen.us. I just saw the thread mentioning our boat in my site logs. Never saw anything on twitter but I don't use that acct much. Get in touch if you're interested in Lady Slipper. We did a huge amount of work getting her ready to cruise but or plans were derailed and we're in Austin for a while now. I'd love to see someone get her back in shape.

Shoot me an email at seafelluh@gmail.com and let's chat.

I would say buy the newest best boat you can afford with 3 cabins...

Re: 3 Cabin Designs under 41'

A member here has an innovative boat from the 70's designed and built by the Fiskars company of Finnland.

Kettlewell Cruising: FOR SALE: Finnsailer 38

I have one (not for sale) and the quality of the construction is first rate.

I had similar criteria as you when I was looking. Some other boats I looked at were: Fantasia 35, Oday 39.

Good luck,
JM.

Catalina 36 Mark I, Wauquiez Hood 38 and a lot more. You'll find a lot of boats with an aft cabin under the cockpit. Usually a roomy bed but a little cramped for standup maneuvering room but then what boat isn't a little cramped on a boat.
