3 Cabin, Shoal draft, Cutter under 50'

Does anybody know of any boats that fit this specific checklist?
Even a shoal draft <6' that is sloop rigged would work, we are struggling to find builders that fit this bill, under 50'.
Any comments on the EU built lifting keels (swing keel or centreboards) would also be much appreciated
Thanks for any input.

Happy cruising.

The things you are asking for seem pretty generic except for the cutter rig. Your average modern 46ft production boat with an aft cockpit will have two cabins aft, vberth, and a 6 ft draft.

It will help if you list your budget, age of boat you want, location, and purpose for the boat. i.e. coastal cruising, ocean crossing, circumnavigation....

By three cabin, do you mean three, separate sleeping cabins? Some call any center cockpit layout a three cabin meaning aft cabin, forepeak and the main cabin where you can make beds out of the settee or table.

Re: 3 Cabin, Shoal draft, Cutter under 50'

Thanks, but I should have been a little more specific.
We are looking for a Center Cockpit, with a centerboard, 3 cabin, cutter rigged (preferably). Or even a shoal draft fixed keel would do it.
We will be living aboard for 3 years and moving between the Med and Carib.
We love the Bristol 51.1 and the Little Harbor 46 but Im interested in some of the Euro boats but I dont know any of the builders or designers.
The must-have is the 3 cabins and <6' draft.
Any help appreciated.

Well, this might not be of much help but my first thought was the Peterson 44. But it draws a little over 6'. Just in case, here's a link to info:

Very sorry but I'm still not clear. Do you mean:

1. A boat with three separate bedrooms or cabins exclusively for sleeping and a main salon for a total of four rooms on the boat OR
2. A boat with three rooms total, two cabins for sleeping only and one being the main salon which has the galley, eating table, etc but can be used for sleeping by folding down the table or seating couch?

If you mean #2 there are lots of options. If #1 not as many but still plenty.

Budget would help. Finance or cash on the barrel head. Also locale.

My personal dream boat (far out of my price range) is a Southerly 48, but it's an aft-cockpit.

Here's a 2012 Southerly 135 (45.6') that might hit your specs.

I have seen Gulfstar 50's with a cutter stay sail in sloop or ketch rig. I have seen recently totally refit GS50 for under 200,000 including icemakers, water makers, new freezer/refrigerators, mast step blocks re-done, new sails and furling masts or booms. They are center cockpit.
