American Fiberglass 14' - Information, Anyone ?

This boat is for sale locally and I am wondering if anyone here has any experience with one.
It is a pretty steep V hull for such a small boat, and it uses bilge boards. It looks like it is supposed to sail heeled pretty much all the time to give a bilge board proper bite on the V hull. It appears to have some kind of pop up frame and a tent for camping also.
Sounds very interesting for poking around on some of the lakes around here alone that are not know for sailing.

Unless it is similar to the Neptune 14, I never did get any info on the boat. Unfortunately, the ad is gone already.
