Another Type of Boat I'm not Familiar With

I was looking at boat that are advertised for sale when I came across this one:
40’ Cat-Ketch 1978
Builder- J. Grube
Designer- Paul Kotzsebue
LOA- 40’
LWL- 32’
Beam-13’
Draft- 6’
Displacement- 14,500#
Ballast- 5,200# lead on fiberglass fin
Keel- foam core fin built with hull, lead ballast bolted in place.

Apparently it is similar to a Freedom Ketch with the foremast located right at the bow. I am not familiar with this at all, but it is interesting.
Does anyone here have any experience with this type of boat or can anyone shed some light on the builder/designer of this particular boat?
It sure seem like the advertised displacement is very light for this size of boat. I would like to find out more on this one. As I have mentioned, I doubt that I will ever be able to afford a Cat so I will keep looking for a bigger monohull.
Thanks again for everyones patience with my questions

What you have mentioned is the type of rig, not the type of boat. Cat ketches have been around for a very long time but they are usually custom designs.
