Thanks Ann. I am a bit worried about the trip back from Spain, not knowing the boat, but I guess a boat is a boat, similar design and sail plan, so it should be ok.

Hello Gil!
I’ve watched your Havsfidra videos and also you ham radio vids.

FYI, I recently purchased “Pippi”, the Havsfidra hull #301 mentioned above. I purchased her from the owner that bought her in Michigan and had her trucked to the West coast of the US years ago - which is where I found her, in dire need of restoration. At first I rescued her trailer and I am rebuilding it so I can safely transport her to my home QTH, where I intend to fully restore her and her MD1B Volvo one-lunger [emoji16]

Would love to hear back from you,and if sun cycle #25 decides to cooperate, maybe even a CW QSO on 20 or 15m?
