Bavaria Vision 44

Hi all,
I'm looking at buying a Bavaria Vision 44 (2007-2008 ) and wondering if anyone with experience wrt this type can advise of any specific areas worthy of closer attention during a pre-purchase survey.

I do not have first hand experience with this particular model, but for all Bavarias from this production period i would look very closely at the following:

1. Keel to hull joint / state of the keelbolts.
2. Through - hulls (for corrosion and dezincification)
3. Rudder (inspection for water ingress),
4. Rudder stock and ruder bearings,
5. State of the spars (all s/s attachements included) - they were somewhat uderspecified compared to standard Selden's sizing recommendations,
6. Hull/deck joint,
7. Internal grid and flooring grid integrity.
