Bene Oceanis 50 vs Jeanneau SO 50 DS

Hey,

I'm looking for a popular production yacht (easy to buy, easy to sell) built somewhere between 2005 and 2010. I plan to sail it in from Europe to Caribbean, spend there some time and sail back. So some blue water cruising, but in relatively easy latitudes.

On my shortlist I have now two models - Bene Oceanis 50 and Jeanneau SO 50 DS (or 49 DS which seems very similar). They are both very popular, have a layout which suits me (e.g. L shaped galley). What I'm missing is whether there are some differences in terms quality or design which would make one or the other more suitable for such a trip. I checked the prices pretty thoroughly and Jean is about 20% more expensive than Bene, but I'm not sure why

Any advice? I've number of reviews, but didn't get anything helpful there.
