Any Oceanis 46.1 owners out there? Looking for real owner feedback on this boat. Planned use Chesapeake bay and near coastal cruising.

I did not. It was too crazy of a year for me. Let me know how you like it when you get it.

I am about to order Oceanis 46.1 to be delivered in 2023. I need advice on;
1. user feedback how you like it so far?
2. any recommendations about the configuration
3. can we add inverter and ac unit ourselves ?
4. does AC provide enough heating in winter? or do we need separate heating system for winter?

Yes I very much like it so far. It's a great boat and it sails well and the design is fundamentally good.

We had the traditional 3 cabin configuration and the standard sail set, which I supplemented with a code zero made here locally. the self furling main and self tacking jib are great. I would definitely get the power winch.

We don't need AC - New Zealand is only that warm for a few weeks a year. We do have the Wabasto Diesel heater and that is great. Realy toasty after just a few minutes on.

We do have the inbuilt inverter and that has been great. Not sure why you would not have the factory one?

The only option I did not tick and regret not doing so is the expensive one of the bigger helm pod with the engine controls by the Nav. We have a tricky berth to get into and ducking down to adjust revs and losing sight of the bow is a real pain - but maybe that is just us. We are almost a year into ownership and we love it.

3. normally you can add inverter,battery charger, extra battery,AC,bow thruster, windlass. heating unit by you

We had the factory option bow thruster, heating, inverter and windlass. All good!
