Bermuda 40???

Anyone recognize this boat? Also my first boat porn.

Yep, looks like a B 40 to me. The hull shape, keel and cabin all look right. Pictures kind of fuzzy but that also looks like the Hinkley logo on the stripe down the side.

It is definitely a B40, either a Mk II or Mk III. The original model, called the B40 Custom, had smaller salon windows and a varnished primary winch island.

If you are into boat porn, might as well pick a porn star. The Bermuda 40 is the best looking boat ever. Too bad all that wood on deck is such a maintenance nightmare. You can find a ton of newer boats that are faster, have way more interior room, etc, but they'll never match the head turning look.

Oh, she turns my head alright. I spent a week on vacation in Southwest Harbor, ME a while back. That was before my interest in sailing. Didn't find out until later where I had been and what I missed while there. Oh well, guess I gotta go back!
