This may violate the website rules. However, am actively researching for my next boat. This website (along with Cruisers Forum, of course) has been a great help. Is it just me or truly down? Trying to get some more info on the Caliber 38.

Its not down just changed names. I've posted the new website on here before and the person managing it has posted as well. Use the search function and you should be able to find it.

I've always been curious how that site's list of boats was populated. There's only four boats that are from the 90's in there, and nothing newer than 2000. Surely there are more Water boats">blue water boats from more recent decades out there.

There are. You'll also notice there are very few larger boats listed. IIRC, only one boat over 44 feet.

The site used to have a section devoted to "boats to vote for" or something like that where folks suggested boats and the ones that got the most votes presumably made the cut. I don't think the new site retained that feature or the boats with the most votes. Chances are there were a lot of newer ones in there.
