That's a beauty!
Only drawback is the age of the engine, but the whole boat looks well-maintained.

This boat can be had for well under 30. It's got wet decks.

C&L Explorer 45 ...Antioch, Ca. $20k

This one is very close to where I berth my boat. It needs beaucoup TLC but a lot of boat for the money.

1992 Nimble Arctic in Sault Ste-Marie, ON, Canada for $24K Canadian (~$18K US):

Kind of cute, trailerable "motor sailor", with trailer and lots of gear.

Owner says he's taking it to Florida in mid-September.

Check out that battery switch panel "A vote against boredom and mediocrity". That's a hoot!

This boat sold quick as I thought it would. I met the new owner and he was kind enough to give me a tour of the vessel. What an incredible deal this boat was. Very beautiful interior. The new owner plans to get his feet wet immediately.

Here is another one in the Northeast. A nice traditional-looking cutter
It looks like it could use some TLC and a balsa-cored deck with this much teak is probably a red flag.

That looks like a really well cared for boat. Could be a trick to get her insured given that she is 35 years old. But that looks like TLC to me.

I noticed your post a while back and every time I revisit this list, it's brought to my attention again. I really regret that I didn't see it when you first posted it because it looks like it could have been the vessel that I've been patiently looking for.
It kind of surprises me that people still advertise items like this in traditional print publications. I wish that there was some efficient way to search them electronically.

Also this: https://goodoldboat.com/adverts/
Perhaps mostly smaller boats, but sometimes interesting.

Here is another boat that looks well cared for.

A Nor'Sea 27 in Michigan.

With a nice trailer too!
It's crazy how much they pack into a 27' boat.

That's a beauty! I like the tongue extension on the trailer to assist with launching.

I've known people use boats as campers to go South for the winter. You need a truck that can tow ~ 8000 lb/1500 kg.
