Boreal 44.2 with in-cockpit reefing for main?

Hello all,

I have been researching - with a view to making an enquiry to Boreal - for the purchase of a new B44.2.

I have not been able to find a definitive answer to whether the 44.2 is available with all main-reefing lines led aft to the cockpit.

I know the 47.2 was conceived as the version for owners who prefer a cluttered cockpit with all lines led aft. But that comes with the inacceptable (for me!) compromise of twin helms.

So can Boreal make a single-helm 44.2 but with all lines aft? I have studied deck plans as best I can from drawings and YouTube videos and I can’t see reason this is not possible - albeit with perhaps installation of additional winches for the main reefing lines.

Any thoughts before i bother the yard with a time waster?
