Bukh 20 Possible rear oil seal leak ?

Am experiencing oil leaking into rear bilge. Not a heavy leak but sufficient to require full on cleaning with shop vac and soak cloths once in a while.

There seems to be oil on the rear of the engine at lowest point and slightly sprayed around the rear of the compartment.
Was wondering if it is the rear oil seal?
I have only read about this not actually attempted to find the seal or the problem.
It's pretty inaccessible to me as a tall person.

Was concerned also to read that various rings may need to be pulled and replaced.

Has anyone else experienced this problem please?
Any ideas or is it a job for a qualified mechanic?

It could be the oil seal. It will be difficult to diagnose or fix without access to the aft end of the engine. You will probably need to pull the engine.

That's a good question which I cannot answer.
I think it may be engine oil.
But I will have to check the levels of both.
