Buying My First Sailboat

I am buying my first Sailboat ot looking into it that is. I have done several trips in the BVI's, once with a 41' Monohaul and another on a 41' Cat. I also did another two week sailing trip on the Peloponnese in Greece. I have come across a 1974 Olympic Yacht Sailboat 23.5', swing keel, any thoughts anyone? I would have to get a motor for it but I'm getting that itch. I would really like some feedback if anyone has pointers on this boat.

I look for this model and only found one on craigs list that was removed. The only other Olympic I found was a 40' that look pretty nice.
Let's hope someone else jumps in that can help.
