Can Anyone ID this Boat for Me - Please

Is there anyone who can tell me what type of boat this is? Design? Builder? yard? It is about 46' long. Thanks, David

for starters it is a monohull sailboat,,,,,,the rest i do not know,,,but like the lines on it

Possibly a Norseman 44 built by Ta Shing in Taiwan? Bob Perry design I think. Ta Shing builds a good boat.

I was going to say Kalik 44, but I think they had iron keels.

Looks like a Norseman but has too many hull ports I think.

Doodles looks like he's hit it. The photos match pretty well. On other issues... how can you tell what the keel is made of from a photo where the keel is painted?

I made the keel comment based on the picture looked like the boat had its gelcoat peeled, and that it included the keel. But now that I look more closely, I see that it is probably red paint that had been ground off back to white primer and not white gelcoat peeled back to glass. And I think I see a keel stub, so the keel may be steel. If so, it is in good shape!
