Possibly a Slocum 43.

It looks to me like the Perry-designed Valiant Esprit 37.

I was not aware of that boat. Looking at that only image I can see in the OP, I do think it looks more like a 37 footer.

To my eye a canoe stern generally needs a spoon bow, but somehow this one seems to work. I like it.
