Can you help me ID this boat?

The boat is around 45ft long, 13 ft beam, reversed transom where the backstay is stepped, see photos:

Maybe a gulfstar/csy 50. They had a similar stern and the vertical capstan windlass?

Here's another boat that I can't identify. She was used in the 2009 film Triangle that was shot in Queensland, Australia although with movie magic was off Florida, US.
The wrap around windows are a feature of Greg Elliot designs, and so I wonder if she is a one off. Some have suggested an Oyster, but I don't think that the hull windows support that claim. Undeniably she's a lovely looking boat with great lines and that wrap around port is very elegant.

Anyway I'm sure there'll be a prize for a successful id.

OP, I was on a Lexcen 45-48’ charter yacht in the whitsunday that had that awful companionway..... and a ladder into the depths of the saloon.
