Catalina 320 to 355

I have a question for Catalina 320/355 owners.
We are currently sailing a 2006 320 Catalina and Love the boat but we keep looking at the 355 for years now and think we could love that one even more. The 355 don't show up second hand too often here in Australia and if they do they are gone within a week.
The price difference on the second hand market is about $120,000 between the two boats.
We know the 355 is a much more modern boat but is it worth twice the money of a good 320?
Any thoughts would be very much appreciated.
