pirate Clipper21 CM Marine Australian build

Hi Everyone, I am currently and for a while now been renovating a clipper 21, I am after any information I can get on the keel and keel bolt as well as the keel winch which on this boat is located in the cockpit under the traveler. I am also wanting information on the ballast or flotation these boats have beside the keel at the bottom of the hull apparently there are different versions and stories about this. If any of you have owned one what they were like in different weather conditions and especially in heavy weather. The boat has a 4 stroke x/long leg 5hp motor and I was also wondering if this will push it along ok. Thanks in advance for any information , Images and advice I can get from owners and Tech people, enjoy your journeys and may your destinations lead you to happy seas, thanks David.
