CNB 76 Review (1992 - 96) Grand Bleu etc

Hi Salt Sea Dogs,
I would appreciate you knowledge on the following CNB yachts for sail.

76 ft 1992 CNB 76
I'm looking for a fast passage maker as a liveabord. In there anything I need to be aware of.
Also looking to do a refit and what are your suggestions.
