Colvics

Does anyone own a Colvic? Any opinion on the pros and cons? Would you make same choice again?

Looking at Colvic 33ft +

Good solid 70's/80's boats..
Colvic used to make the hulls which were then sold to yards or for private completion so interiors vary greatly in layouts and quality of finish.
Strong steady sailing boats for cruising, the Countess 33 is roomier than many from that era.. the Liberator 35 is a stretched Countess.

PS.. sailed regularly on a friend's Countess 28, a bilge keeler before I got my first boat, he was head chef and I was head cocktail barman at the same hotel..
