I have looked into it. You can very easily get a state permit. Stipulations usually incur remaining on Interstate or Major State highways. My state costs about $25 for a 3-day period. If you're just moving it from storage to the slip, that would be zero issue. Now if you are launching it every time you use it, that would be pain compounded.
