Commissioning for double handed offshore sailing

Considering commissioning a sailboat optimized for double handed sailing with my wife. Looking to sail twelve months a year from Seattle north, with the capability to do a circumnavigation. We currently do year-round charter and daysail on typical charter boats in the 40-45' range, but envision something more like 50' so we can have three good cabins. Getting my ASA 106/108 this fall. Eyeing the Allures 51.9, HR50, and Amel 50.

Anyone have any of these boats, or experience with any of these boats, and an opinion on which is best for a middle aged couple sailing offshore? Or some other 50' that I'm not yest considering?
