Creekmore 34

I know I'm competing for time with the "Boats under $30K" thread but I was wondering if anyone has any opinion on a Creekmore 34.

No experience with it but is looks like a Freya 39 a bit, which is a well-respected boat. Of course that says nothing of this particular design and construction per se but I'd go get a look at it.

Re: Creekmore 34

I talked to the guy and blew up the pictures of it. The hull is 5/8" thick which is about standard for a 34. Still, I was looking for something a little more substantial. What killed it for me was the chain-plate set up. No gussets between the deck to hull. Earlier I looked at a Norwest 33 that had the same arrangement and the deck was warping up almost an inch. They should either have a gusset, knee or tied into a bulkhead.
