Cuba Sailing rally May/April???

During the holiday break I found a thread discussing some type of rally to Cuba from South Florida. The thread mentioned only 25 spots and 75 applicants. I did a few searches and could not find the thread.
Does anyone know what rally I am referring to? or did I just dream the whole thing?
(it was not the Pensacola to Cuba race)

It might be the Salty Dawg one. I tried searching "cuba salty dawg" to see if I could find the thread without any luck.
Both rallies do look interesting so I appreciate the additional options.
