Delamination of a stringer/rib?

Hi! I recently viewed a boat I am considering purchasing (Bavaria 32, 2000). I found that one of the ribs that are close to the keel has delamination/crack (not quite sure what the best term is). The owner states that the boat had no collisions and that this is not an issue. Otherwise, the is no signs of any other damage. Does anyone have an opinion on that? How critical is this crack? Pls, see attached pictures.

It's just the tabbing pulling away a little bit. Easy to grind out and re-do if it's a concern, though those bolts would be in the way.
What does your surveyor say?

Ofonov that looks a major issue to me. Did you see the floor in the background appears to be cracked as well?
Cheers

There you go. “Big disaster”. “Not a problem”. The internet has produced an ideal arrangement where you get to pick the answer you like most.

Of course, what will the owner say? The crack magically appeared, there is a problem, my 2 cents, take the boat out of the water and look at the aft keel edge joint area , or any area of the keel joint for gaps and cracks, the same on the bottom of the keel for impact deformation.

Thanks for the reply. I have not done the survey yet, just my own inspection so far. I needed an option if this crack is a clear red flag.

Re: Delamination of a stringer/rib?

Is it a crack or the edge of a previous repair including glassing in the bottom of the bilge?

It would be a worry.

Re: Delamination of a stringer/rib?

I have surveyed enough Bavaria's to know that's a problem. It should be all uniform brown gelcoat and there should be absolutely no reason why that floor would crack without some sort of impact.
Ofonov keep an eye out for broken fiberglass tabbing under the galley sink and up forward. Two of the Bavaria's I surveyed had that issue. Easily fixed, just messy.
Cheers
