Does anyone make new small (<30 ft) small sailing yachts?

A friend is interesting in getting a boat and as much as I have discouraged him buying a new boat he seems fixated on a new boat. He is probably just dreaming and will never do it but he asked if anyone makes small (<30 ft) yachts and I kinda drew a blank.

By yacht I mean not a dedicated racer it has overnight accommodations (galley, head, berths, and storage of some kind).

Hunter isn't around anymore, the big European production boat builders seem to start at around 35 feet. Does anyone even making new <30 ft sailing yachts?

Plently of builders in the US would be happy to build a one-off.
Bruce Robert has plans for <30ft boats

Nice that is actually pretty damn good use of interior space in a 22 ft boat. The cat rig helps optimize the usable space by having the mast all the way forward.

Catalina Yachts makes sport boats below 30’ and they have a 31’ cruiser that should fill the bill.

There are quite a few production yachts in the 24-28 foot range in Europe but most are hard to buy from the U.S. I have a TES, from Poland. They don't yet have a U.S. distributor but I think the Canadian distributor can bring one into the U.S. for you.

Django 24 (France) Optimized for sailing pleasure. Not cheap, but majorly seaworthy.

They are 350 meters from my place in Gdynia, Poland and this is first I heard of them. Thank you!

Tartan Yachts builds a 24 and 26 footer. I believe the 26 footer can be configured as a weekender.

Thanks for all the good examples everyone. So there are some out there but mostly from smaller companies.

Catalina is, I believe, the all time largest manufacturer of sailing boats in the USA, with many thousands of hulls launched. Hunter and Tartan have also built a lot of boats, so no, mostly from the larger companies.

Boat: So many boats to choose from. Would prefer something that is not an AWB, and that is beachable...

Also from Poland is Viko
VIKO YACHTS

They got some good reviews too. And they have a US dealer.

Our first boat was a Jeanneau Tonic 21. You can have a lot of fun in a small boat.
