Fair Market Value? 45' Custom Aluminum Pilothouse Motorsailer

Not my boat but I’m curious as to others’ thoughts on a fair price for the following:

Thanks!

Honestly, mate, I don't think anyone can tell you that without having a very good look at it. One problem with aluminum boats is that dirt can collect in out of the way nooks and crannies where there was salt in the air, and if not vacuumed out can cause pitting that weakens the hull strength. If it is in good, clean condition, and sound, I'd think it would be more expensive than the asking price.

I would suggest that's a very sensible boat for the PNW. I also like the idea of twin keels for drying out

You might like to view Alluring Arctic who now have a similar sized yacht and probable value after a huge refit.
