Harken furling jib swivel

I have a Harken furling jib Unit 0. Over the winter the lower half of the swivel somehow rotated 180 degrees and I am unable to return it to it's proper position. i.e. the top half of the swivel faces aft but the lower half faces forward. Any suggestions on resolving this. Thank you.

The upper and lower sections of the swivel are on a common fitting which slides on the foil, while the upper/lower rotate independently. Bearing balls must be seized or damaged.
