Haulout, prop work Norfolk VA area

Could anyone recommend where to get my new feathering prop installed in the Norfolk, VA area? I need to do a 2 hour hang I guess, 40ft Passport. I need to change the bearings on my Spurs line cutter too in the process.

Could anyone recommend me a good yard for the haulout and a diesel mechanic, or a yard that could do the whole thing?

I will also be needing some help in installing an isolation transformer Ive got, which will probably need some fiberglass work to get fitted in the garage.

Chesapeake Yachts is a good yard with pretty good pricing on hauling out and storage if you need it. I had my boat on the hard there last June and di the work that was done myself but they also do maintenance and refit work there but I can't say to what extent.
