john it is a cheap way for you to get In to solar for testing .
I already ordered one . 11 bucks is cheap . The seller has a good reputation all cheap but still well received. And pay pal protected.

These are possibly hot but once I buy it its mine .

They only allow one unit per 10 days. And no I won't report on them buy your own for testing and you report on it .
I have done plenty of that already over the years.

here's an idea actually try some of the equipment instead of finding something to complain about in the literature .

I ordered one and had to laugh when you can only order one every 11 days but the delivery may be in AUGUST!

My guess is they are just collecting emails and phone numbers for spam so good to have something appropriate to provide.

got the tracking number for China post this morning .
I get stuff shipped via them a!l the time usually goes through Spain of Germany on the say stateside . Usually takes about 20 days to get the items .

if you get even 20W of output for a season or two, that may well be worth the money gambled.

If they don't test out on arrival, or nothing arrives, just make sure you file for a refund within the time window

john there is a reason for using PayPal but the only time I have had to file for a refund the company in question was from Florida.
