Hughes 8020 Ketch, 40'?

Not much info at all on this boat, anybody have one? I found two Hughs 40 foot boats, one is the 8020, I think the boat I am looking at is a 8020.

Any thing to say about that?

I think most were made under the Northstar name. You should look for either "Hughes 40" or Northstar 8020. I have a friend that has one in Excellent condition, for sale up here in Toronto!

If its the one named "Jim 'n I" then it'll be in great shape. not much actuall cruising use and owned by a guy who had a Marine Electrical business, and VERY particular about his workmanship! I would have bought it, but we didn't have the cash at the time and I don't like having payments on my boats! did that once, that was enough!
