I finally did it!

After several decades of longing I have bought a little sloop to live aboard! She is a Grampian 30 and I’ll fit her out just the way I like and live aboard her.

I’m VERY happy about this!

Nice. My previous boat was a Grampian 34. I know the 30s and 26s quite well. All good, solid, simple boats. Nothing fancy, but a good boat.

Congratulations.....the Grampian 30 may be a bit more capable than you are aware. Just choose your weather windows wisely.
I first met Bryan and Avocet in Bermuda several years ago and I’ve since found them in New England. His blog hasn’t been updated in several years but you may find it interesting.

Universal M-30. 40 hours off a rebuild and runs like a watch.
