I was rammed last night by a boat :(

we went sailing up to Albany ny last night for the fireworks.
the water was filled with idiots. the first incident of the night, aside from keeping people from running over my stern anchor with their bow riders, was two drunk kyakers.
there was about 3kts of current.
well he slammed into me, and i was expecting to throw him a line, but to my surprise he was upright.
i let him tie up to our 22' tender, with his friend, to watch the show, so he would not get killed.
LOL here he is after he slammed into me.

Rednecks, alcohol, and fireworks, enough said.

Hey Bubba, hold my beer and watch this. (the last words spoken by a redneck)

Scoob, now you can imagine how those poor, innocent whales feel.

Where I live they call that a kayak, not a boat.

New Years and 4th of July: you'll find me on shore. The boat will be pulled in tight with some extra lighting on the stern.

You haven't been talking to enough sea kayakers. We all call our boats "boats."

In Miami they're driving 3 x 175hp speed boats and nobody's laughing after the collision...
