Looks a lot like a Hudson, but all that I've seen have round ports.

well, yes DW, the older versions DO have round ports but in the interest of thinking it was a modern day update and upgraded version of th e'ol Hud... I figured it'd be ok to mention. LoL

The Maple Leaf 54 on sailboatdata shows the same port configuration except for an extra at the stern. I think it has to be teh 48 or else someone stole Huntingford's design.
